Inquiry 3

  1. I think that this topic is an on going issue that still needs to be discussed today. I am a coach so I kind of have some personal experience behind this topic. I think that a coach's word is imperative to the success in a child's sport development. You can be to easy on the child yet you shouldn't shout horrible words. They have to feel comfortable and motivated. If all you do is yell at a child, then they are going to never think that they are any good. I've learn to be really loud and celebrate with the good but when the bad comes I have a stern lowered down (not yelling) voice that keeps the cussing out of it. I feel that this is an affective way to approach things.
